Full re-roofs
The old roof comes off and a new one goes on: new membrane, new battens, new tiles or slates. One customer's whole replacement took under a week from the scaffold going up to everything being back to normal. Another's was completed in a day.
Roof repairs
Tiles replaced where the roof needs them. On one repair Paul found the job needed more tiles than he had quoted for, and the customer says the price stayed where it was.
Lead flashing
Problems with lead flashing put right. One customer rang on a Tuesday about the flashing at the front of the house and the repair was carried out the next day.
Slate and tiled roofs
Grey slate, red interlocking tiles and grey roof tiles all appear in the jobs pictured on this page, on houses and on a new-build site.
Roof windows
Roof windows fitted as part of a new roof. The run of four VELUX windows in a slate roof, pictured further down, is one of the firm's own jobs.

Strip
The old covering comes off and the roof is taken back to the rafters.
Membrane and battens
New membrane is rolled out across the slope and new battens are fixed over it, ready for tiling.
Tiles on
Tiles are loaded out across the roof in stacks, then laid row by row.
Finished

We had our roof replaced through MD Roofing a couple of weeks ago. Paul, Luke, Joe and their crew did a fantastic job! They were prompt, punctual, polite and courteous, extremely efficient and transformed our roof! From the time of the scaffolders and skip coming, to them finishing the job and getting everything back to normal, it was less than a week! Couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend them!

I called MD Roofing on Tues 14th Jan 2025 with a problem with the lead flashing on the front of my house. Paul who I spoke to asked me for a couple of pics and was quick to reply with a time and date plus a price that he could repair and carry out the work.
